Her Sista's Closet is devoted to providing our customers with an exclusive, one of a kind shopping experience! All sales are final. Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancelation or refund. We cannot honor any returns/exchanges. Please review the sizing chart before submitting your order.

Her Sista’s Closet will only accept exchanges if an incorrect item(s) was shipped to the customer. 

Her Sista’s Closet is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once packages are shipped and in the carrier’s possession, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. We conduct a thorough quality inspection of all products prior to shipping to ensure that no damaged items are sent out. If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance and to file a claim.


To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at  info.Hersistascloset@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to confirm your exchange request is processed. 

You will be required to ship back incorrect item. Once the returned item can be tracked in transit, we will proceed with the exchange shipment of the correct item.
