Return/exchanges

Her Sista's Closet is devoted to providing our customers with an exclusive, one of a kind shopping experience! All sales are final, we cannot honor any returns/exchanges. Please review the sizing chart before submitting your order.

Her Sista’s Closet will only accept exchanges for items damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item(s) was shipped to the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at  info.Hersistascloset@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to confirm your exchange request is processed. 

You will be required to ship back the damaged/incorrect item. Once the returned item can be tracked in transit, we will proceed with the exchange shipment of the correct item. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
